In Chinese traditional culture, goldfish symbolize auspiciousness, bringing good luck and wealth with rich propitious meanings. The term "goldfish" is a homophone for "gold and jade," earning them the nickname "wealth fish."

The skirt hem features wave patterns interspersed with small coins, traditional circular pine motifs, and various floral designs. The hidden patterns on the skirt signify prosperity—when meeting water, wealth flows. The base adopts the classic Chinese turtle-back pattern, integrated with auspicious clouds throughout the horse-faced skirt, creating rich layers of auspicious symbols.
